Presumable they have different owners and have been built over a number of years as new cables came into service.

So there is no definite article anywhere on the web as to Kings Hill road sites actual owners or date of build?

That link appears to be broken.

Not that I am aware of.

Nothing in Cornwall online planning documents (but it would have been built pre-2001 so perhaps that is not a surprise).

For some reason there are additional characters after the .xls

Perhaps you can copy and paste into your browser and remove everything after the .xls

Thanks. I’ve got the xls now. The addresses don’t quite match the location of this building though. Are you sure this building was pre 2001? There are map sets on the net that show the site occupied by this building being a vacant lot in 2003.

The TAT14 site is listed in that broken link as Kings Hill Industrial Estate, which I believe is further east along KingsHill Road, and not this location.

Another entry just shows Bude, Old Station Yard. No ref to any cable or owner.

I would be interested to see what you come up with. I have been trying since 2011!

          Thank you Steve.

I found Cable Station 5 earlier myself!

It is on Kings Hill Industrial Estate and I presume / guess is the site of the TAT14 Station and not the mystery building Bude Cable Station 1, as the link you posted earlier lists TAT14 as being on this estate.

That is definitely the same place, the photo is taken towards the end of the chiller pipes.

No hint of the particular transatlantic cable though.
